My teaching method is extremely casual. I teach yoga as a form of therapy and self grounding rather than an intense exercise. I teach the importance of breath and understanding your body and not pushing it too far.
I base my classes on the individuals needs, tailoring each class to each person and helping individuals embrace yoga in a fun, light-hearted way.
I do and you follow me (we are doing this together) with instructions on how to improve the posture, which muscles should feel the stretch and most importantly to relax and send oxygen and good vibes to these precious muscles.
By combing asana, meditation and pranayama, I provide an opportunity to explore the Spiritual through the Physical and promote optimal health, activating energy channels to harmonize the organs and increase fresh energy into healing, rejuvenation, and longevity .Nature is already complete and inner balance is the key to unlocking the natural healing powers that reside in the body.
At Flow in Yoga, I provide Yoga Practice for anyone who wants to set objectives and achieve their personal goals and to develop a better understanding of themselves through Yoga training.

Interest growing for Hatha yoga, I followed my passion which led me to the teachings of Mark Whitwell carrying the true Heart Of Yoga lineage of TKV Desikachar. I learnt and embodied the union of mind and body leaving every class feeling nourishment and strengthened.
I use different themes in my classes, I do sets of progressive classes for sequences and build and develop postures each week. I also write my own visualisations and meditations so my students will get unique experiences which is very important to me! I do work in pairs, and in groups for the class to work together, and I take good care of every student.
I have been teaching Pilates since 2000 and Yoga since 2004. I have taught complete beginners and advanced students alike. If you would like to take your health and fitness into your own hands, learning how to move the body mindfully, improving your posture and overall tone then this is for you. .

Devoted to the opposing yet complementary styles of Yin Yoga and Ashtanga, as well as Mindfulness Meditation - I practice and teach focusing on an integral Yin-Yang balance on the journey towards physical, mental and emotional introspection. My aim is for students to connect to their innate nature and to leave class feeling mentally flexible, grounded and peaceful.
Based on the logic and principle sequencing of Vinyasa Krama, I teach in a way that reflect and address the needs of the individual. I teach by holistically integrating profound traditional methods of meditation which are adapted to the individual. From practices working with the subtle body, chakras and kundalini to meditations uncovering the essence of awareness, I am sharing these gateways to balance, harmony, clarity and spiritual experience.
I offer 5 sessions and 10 sessions blocks for begginers which I deeply recommend. When you start yoga for the 1st time, it may be over warming. All these new information: poses, body indications, physical challenge, breathing techniques, etc. that's why I have elaborated a program in 5 steps and 10 steps to guide you through this new body/fitness/mind experience.
