There is no universal scheme on how to learn a foreign language. We all have our preferred methods. And I am flexible to adapt to your needs. As a multi-lingual speaker and a linguistics student, I am ready to give lessons to someone who wants to learn Russian from the beginning or to improve speaking or writing skills.
In my classes besides teaching the respective grammatical and lexical material my approach focuses on creating a positive motivation in the students by means of interactive friendly communication with them on topics of their personal or professional interest, and total immersion in the foreign language. I am patient and good-humored but exigent with my students.
I teach in person and online. Most of the time I prefer practicing speech with my student, choosing informal conversations which are applicable in the real world, over strict grammar.
Depends on what you want improve. As I mentioned before I am a native russian speaker. First I will check your knowledge than I will give you an advise to improve it.
