Singing should be fun. I create a mixture of informal and relaxed, using the songs you love to learn with. And inject that with my experience and classroom knowledge of the subject. I find this achieves the best balance in the learning process.
I teach my students as if they are aiming to be professional at Music. I give them the chance to have a thorough musical education to their unique level and pace of learning.
I am a self taught musician. Everything I know from playing a break beat on the drums, shredding out a guitar solo or producing a record for artists I have learned by myself. What I mean by this is that I chose exactly what I wanted to learn and when.
I base my teaching around the years worth of knowledge that I have gained, from various vocal tutors and institutions, and I like to implement the techniques and skills that I am learning on my course into my own teaching.
The focus of my lessons is good technique as a starting point and to encourage a sense of fun and enjoyment in the development of the voice. I teach awareness of the body and understanding of musical style in support of good vocal development.
I offer lessons for vocals, guitar, music theory and sound engineering. As a tutor, I believe that every student has different strengths and needs. That is even more noticeable when it comes to learning music. I believe that everyone can be a musician but a good and attentive tutor is necessary to help you shape your abilities to your needs and wants.
In my teaching, I am deeply committed to looking at the student as a whole, imparting a solid vocal technique and musical understanding, instilling confidence, creativity and a positive can-do attitude, since I know from my own experience what an important role the mind and imagination play in singing and making music.

I can give lessons to children or to adults, of any levels. My way of teaching is essentially practice-based. Music is a hands-on field that you can only learn through practice. Theory is important but putting this theory into practice is even more important. I usually divide my lessons in two parts: firstly, we'll work a little bit of theory and then put it in practice.
I have over ten years of experience teaching to all ages and abilities. My lessons are fun, friendly and effective – tailored to help you reach your goals. Due to my training at LIPA, I have an extensive knowledge of musical theatre and I put a strong focus on "acting through song". As well as this, I also am experienced in contemporary and pop singing.
As a teacher, I try to combine proper technique with enjoyable material to foster a genuine love for music and the instrument. The way I teach depends on the needs of my students, as everyone learns differently. I teach all ages and beginner to intermediate skill levels. If desired, I would be able to prepare students for examinations.
I teach people to play piano by-ear, meaning that I do not teach people how to read sheet music, but instead how to listen to, mirror, and harmonise with notes.
My teaching method is to help you achieve good technique and combine it with your creativity and ability to bring the song to life.
I base my classes on each particular student and their goals as a singer. I run choirs for children and also teach adults with ranging abilities. If you're a music student looking to brush up on their technique and get more comfortable hitting those high notes, or you're a newbie who's always wanted to sing but never had the confidence - I can tailor my class to you.
My teaching methods will be very practical, I have a lot of exercises that were given to me by my teachers and I know that they work. I also have a lot of different music and arrangements that I can give to students of varying levels.
I approach each topic with creativity and a practical activity. I like to make the student comfortable in displaying understanding of technique from the start, however still allowing freedom for the pupil to add their own artistic flare. I teach all fundamental topics, including technique, vocal health, theory, performance technique and songwriting.
I'm passionate about voice and songwriting and believe each singer is different therefore I try to find the right and unique way to teach each pupil I work with and help them find their own voice and their special way to express themselves in the best way.
