I really like sharing my experience and my culture, so I usually talk with my students about their day and their background before starting the lesson. Obviously, this method takes more time but the students start thinking in the language before the beginning of the class.
I base my classes on combining dynamic activities, like speakings and debates, with grammar and vocabuary exercises. However, I can adapt to the needs of the student and their level. Also I usually offer additional educational material like books and videos in Spanish, in order to learn new vocabulary and expressions.
I have been given lessons to young and old people who wanted to communicate better in my city. I like to focus on everyday basis vocabulary that my students could apply when they go out. A language should be fun, interesting and enjoyable. For this reason, I try to make each lesson understandable, easy to digest and fun. I place a big emphasis on speaking as I felt that at school, I learned how to read and write but didn't ever practise speaking or listening.

I offer Spanish lessons tailored to the students' needs in each case. My lessons are aimed to different levels: improve general proficiency, prepare GCSE exams or A-level. Generally, the four skills will be worked (reading, listening, writing and speaking) unless one is the principal target of the student.
My teaching methodology would be based on ensuring that the student fully understands the subtleties of the language. Spanish can be complicated, with so many tenses and accents, and there is no better way to learn it than with a native speaker. In order to cover all the essentials, my lessons would be divided in two parts.
My methodology is based in practical and fun activities. All my contents are based in constructivism where students are the key to learn. My approache is more inductive, and I would give a variety of examples for a concept without any rule. The student will learn the grammar rule by playing with interactive exercise. As well I like to learn through songs, videos, and experiences.
