Methodology

I approach each skill in an easy to understand way by breaking down each stroke. This will ensure the athlete has a good understanding and technique of the task which I will then develop until they are able to complete the full stroke successfully and unassisted with the correct technique. I teach in both a verbal and visual way to help them fully understand what they are supposed to be doing and am also able to give support if they feel unsure about the task. I am able to teach swimmers of any level and feel comfortable doing so.
