Personal summary; A motivated, diligent, articulate, social 18 year old, who has attended grammar school, and has moved on to and finished A levels, with a keen interest in History, Film and English.
For the past four years, I have volunteered at a local Youth Cafe once a week which helps young people from age 11-18. My responsibilities include setting out food and drink, constantly monitoring the environment for unfriendly behaviour and intervening when necessary as well as cleaning up afterward.
In addition, I attended Hope MK in 2016 and hope to do it again, which is a week long experience for young people. During this week we helped around Milton Keynes dealing with issues like homelessness, poverty and litter picking to improve someone’s environment. We also helped young children and gave them a safe environment to play and talk.
