As a student, my eyes have been opened to realise how many different types of learning there are (and that the 'most effective' type varies per student) For this reason, I will incorporate various styles into my work, including: oral, visual, practical and so on. For example, we talk about the topic, then do a briefing on how to answer an exam question. Following this, the student attempts one and then we mark what went well and what could be better (testing knowledge of content AND how to revise- something I found useful!) You can see my YouTube channel for online help too.
In the year of 2018 I attained a Grade 9 in my Geography GCSE. As well as this, I spent two weeks in June 2018 doing work experience in a local primary school class. This helped me to develop my understanding of different methods of learning.
