I approach every student as an individual. Trying different teaching methods to see what they respond to best and use that. I like to work close with them and focus on their specific goals, periodising each cycle into quantifiable sections with specific goals and timeframes.
Athletics and strength sport (strongman and powerlifting), studied PE at A level and also Biology and Psychology. I have been going to the gym since 12 years of age and have tried any and every workout routine and “fitness trend” and so have learned what works through trial and error.
