I achieved an A in physics and an A* in maths at GCSE and hope to help those younger achieve the same, or better, grades. I'd do this by focusing on developing their understanding of the topic before giving them a set practice. After their understanding is efficient I will move on to give them past exam questions which we will then work through step by step in order to strengthen their understanding.
I would like to think of myself as understanding and conscientious. I am a good listener and will work incredibly hard to find a way in which the child will learn the best and with most confidence.
I have not got much experience with tutoring many people professionally but I have helped younger students in the past who have then gone onto do incredibly well in their end of term exams. All achieved at least a B.
