Methodology

My classes will be for students preparing for their GCSEs. I plan to cover each topic through an hour long lesson every week. The first 15 minutes I will explain the theory behind the particular topic and then set questions and problem solving tasks for the next half an hour. I want to encourage you to think outside the box and apply your knowledge in a variety of different scenarios - once you've got the hang of it, it can be quite fun! The final 15 minutes will be for any questions or concerns you have and I'll give you a bit of homework, primarily so you can retain this information. I really enjoyed maths at school and hope to make it just as interesting for you!
