I am a student at RMGS taking A-level Maths, English, Film & Art. I am willing to teach maths to any age up to and including GCSE standard. As I am a student myself I have a lot of good exam techniques and recources that have helped me and still do, a lot of good books and knowledge of what examiners expect, and I know what students individually need to improve on and build upon in order to maximise their potential. At the same time, I know the struggles of learning and being a student and that each individual works at their own pace and benefits from different methods e.g visual diagrams, anagrams, revision cards etc.
I have tutored 6 students in the past year, 2 of which were in year 11, 2 in year 10 and the others in KS3. I often help out at clubs in school and I am currently tutoring my sister in maths in which she is making great progress. However, unlike many tutors, I do have a fresh mindset of learning.
