The emphasis with my coaching style is on sustainability. You could get in the greatest shape of your life, but if you haven't changed the underlying habits and your thought processes regarding physical activity, nutrition, sleep, mindset etc, then those changes are unlikely to last a lifetime. Therefore I like to start from the ground up, no matter your previous experience, to make sure we are clear on the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced methods of training & nutrition.
I am a full time Personal Trainer based in Oxford, UK. I train clients regularly online, in the gym, and at their home.
With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, a REPs certified Level 3 qualification in Personal Training, as well as Spin, Kettlebell and Circuit Training qualifications, I am able to deliver tailored sessions and nutritional advice to cater for a range of age groups, training styles and personal preferences. I have experience working with every level of client - from those just starting out, all the way through to bodybuilders and martial artists. Just last year, I put a client through a 3 month Strength & Conditioning program, with the aim of getting her out of the reserves and into the 1st VIII women's crew for the Boat Race that year...mission accomplished!
A bit about my own sporting history:
-7 years of rowing, including a National Bronze medal
-6 years of American Football, including a National Championship ring!
-3 years of Muay Thai
-1 1/2 years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
-Training in the gym since the age of 14!

Oli is a tutor with very relatable advice. I have had a few personal trainers and Oli by far is the best and someone I will stick with. He teaches not only good habits for nutrition and muscle building, but methods to keep you going at the gym rather than burning out. He is so friendly and listens to what you need which is something very rare! He is always open to pushing you more or less and truly making your PT experience tailored to you.
