I am a current A-Level Science, Maths and Further Maths student looking to pursue a career in the sciences. As such, I would ideally be giving lessons to current Maths or science GCSE students (or FSMQ) , involving practice papers, help with any homework, course content or classwork and exam guidance. The style of lesson will vary hugely depending on your specific requirements (exam focus, techniques, knowledge etc.).
I have little formal tutoring experience, but as I have recently completed GCSEs myself, I have ample experience with the process and course requirements. Informal study groups and current science clubs at school with friends and younger year groups mean I do have experience in guiding others through the demanding specification.
If you live on a direct train or bus line to Harrietsham, the travel rate is only an additional £3, rather than £5.
I am an active member in the Chemistry Club at our school as well as the maths society, and until recently also took part in the Physics extension club, so have a genuine passion for the subjects. Tutoring for me, while I have no formal experience, is a very rewarding way of taking those subjects further, and it is especially vital to me to instill that same enthusiasm for maths and science in others.
