My teaching method is personalised to each student. I will take your strengths and weaknesses into consideration and create a study plan suited to you. I have 3 years of experience of tutoring students in my area, this has been proven successful through giant improvements in grades.
I have 9 GCSEs from A*-C
I am currently doing 3 A-levels: Biology, Chemistry and Religious studies
As a student myself, I understand the struggles of studying alone so I am offering tutoring services as well as a study buddy.
I have good verbal, written communication skills as well as listening skills. I will listen inventively when something is being explained to me and will ask questions when I do not understand something or need help.
I am a good team player and will always work for the best interests of the teams rather than my interests as an individual. I also have the ability to manage and delegate a team so that jobs can get done quickly and efficiently.
• Problem solving and decision making
I can display a good ability of looking at problems logically and trying to solve them and resolve any issues that may occur.
• Analytic skills
I look at many different routes that I can take when trying to solve a problem. By doing this I can prepare myself and find the most appropriate approach to resolve the issue.
I will work hard and will not give up easily. I am able to cope with changes, problems and stress in a calm way and remain cheerful whilst doing the task. I will try to resolve an issue myself many times before asking for help. This ensures that I learn from my mistakes and am able to figure something out without disrupting other colleagues from their tasks.
• Time management
I have very good time management skills and will always prepare myself to be early and efficient. I will also finish my tasks quickly so that I am able to complete any other tasks I may be able to do.
• Self-motivation and ambition
I am confident, self-motivated and understand what I must do to complete my life goals. I must work hard to get to where I want to be in life which leads to me having a very strong ambition. I am also very enthusiastic and will always try my hardest to complete tasks at the best of my ability and I will go above and beyond as an employee.
• Computer skills
I have very good computer skills; I have shown these through helping the family business and dealing with customers on Amazon/eBay. I also am able to write documents and create presentations. I also have good email etiquette and am able to communicate clearly to the receiver.
I also have very good leadership qualities which is further reinforced by my Sports Leader's qualification. I am able to manage a team and lead by example. I can clearly communicate with colleagues and understand their views and also help them with any problems they may be having through guidance.
I am able to fluently communicate in Punjabi, Urdu and English. This is helpful as working in the multicultural community of Bradford I will be able to communicate with customers whose first language may not be English.
Dixon’s Marchbank Primary
I have completed 1-week work experience at Dixons Marchbank Primary where I was a classroom assistant. Here I gained valuable experience with working with kids and was able to help solve problems they had. These problems ranged from class work to friendship issues; I solved many of these issues as well as going to another teacher when I needed more guidance and help. I enjoyed my work experience here as this was my first chance working with younger students and I also got a lot of help and guidance from the staff there.
Peel Park Primary
At Peel Park Primary school, I completed my Sports Leader qualification. I worked with students during their PE lessons. I encouraged less enthusiastic students to take part in the activities and was able to teach skills such as catching, bowling and batting. I also volunteered at the Sport’s Day which gave me a chance to push the kids to work hard and become more active. I found this experience exciting as I was able to motivate students to take part in Physical Education and I had fun whilst doing so.
British Heart Foundation Charity Shop
My experience of volunteering at the British Heart Foundation charity shop has taught me great responsibilities such as being on time and ensuring that I complete all work that is set for me. I also made sure I went above and beyond the duties, I was given. I was able to communicate with many different customers and help each one whether they were giving donations or buying items. I know this experience is valuable to me as they will help me in common scenarios in the future.
I have also completed a 1-week work experience at Vanilla Rooms. My responsibilities here were to manage the cash register, stand at the reception and guide customers to their tables. I gained confidence talking to customers, I was able to practice clear verbal communication between the customers, manager and I. I was also able to do basic maths quickly when I had to give change back to the customers. This was an informative experience as I was able to understand the restaurant industry and the hard work that goes into it.
I got my primary education from Byron Primary School.
I got my secondary education from Feversham Academy where I got 9 GCSEs and a Sports Leader’s qualifications.

Rimsha and her reliability has allowed me to push my grade up in maths as she adapted the tutoring to my needs and what would help me work to my fullest potential. She also motivated me and ensured I always worked hard which lead to my grades changing massively.
Rimsha has helped me massively with difficult chemistry topics that have helped me move from grades C to grade A in mock a levels. She breaks down complicated information into simple parts which has helped me understand clearly and for these reasons I think rimsha is an excellent tutor to have and to benefit from.
