I would want to structure a plan on how to achieve goals that I would help the student set themselves. I would encourage them to reflect on work they have done to motivate them further and provide that extra boost to go the extra mile. With hourly lessons, I prefer to have a mixture of teaching and exam-style questions to ensure maximum success. I will make sure it is challenging and stretching but also that the student will have a good foundation to carry them out.
As a student myself, it can be easier to see what challenges the student is facing and how to effectively over come these. I have a great bank of knowledge and have been praised on my teaching and explaining skills many times as I am able to break it down into more understandable forms. From my A levels, I have access to a lot of resources I would be able to use and would love to share. These are resources that I have used myself and so can verify them pretty well. In addition, I will be be able to guide students in what it is examiners want.
I can offer discounts to both you and a friend and can offer group discounts.
Cancellations should be done before preferably 1 hour of the lesson - just so I'm not already on my way.
If I have left, I will ask you to pay me my travel cost.
