Bi-lingual CELTA qualified English Tutor with a BA in History and Film.
Methodology
During my lessons, I like to apply an inductive teaching method. I find it best when the students arrive at the correct answers themselves, and so I apply a series of methods in order to guide them in the right direction.
I like my lessons to be relaxed, chatty, and mostly very fun for the students. I do this by engaging with topics they enjoy and incorporating recent events into my lessons.
Experience
I am a freshly graduated and recently qualified English tutor with experience teaching across multiple ability groups. I have also taught a variety of class sizes, from intimate lessons of 3 people to larger groups of 11.
I graduated from my CELTA course with a B grade, one of only three students out of 16 to do so.
I also recently received a First Class degree in Film and History and therefore have experience in a variety of learning environments.
