I am a recent graduate with a degree in English Literature. I have experience working as a dissertation and essay tutor, helping students to articulate complex ideas in a cogent, clear, and creative way. I am also experienced, and excited by, tutoring in a more direct way in preparing people for exams in English, or essay subjects generally, or providing support alongside school lessons. I structure lessons around specific short term objectives, and aim to create a sense of an ongoing progress.
I tutored children at primary level in maths and literacy between 2009-2013.
Between 2011-2015, I also tutored GCSE students in Maths, History, Religious Studies, Latin, and English.
Between 2013-2015, I tutored AS-level and A-level students, primarily in English and Latin.
Students who I have tutored for exam preparation have consistently performed well, achieving A*-B grades.
