This is an ongoing role I perform for a different clients via email and skype. I am responsible for the correction of spelling and grammatical errors in a number of documents and correspondences. As well, I resolve inconsistencies and issues with form, design layout, and style.

As an administrator I manage my time efficiently and effectively. I routinely utilise skills I honed at university, such as my keen attention to detail, my ability to process information quickly and accurately, and being able to encounter and solve problems using my initiative. It is vital in this role that I maintain impeccable organisational skills and frequent contact with customer, supplier, and the rest of my team.

My previous job saw me use my extensive book knowledge to coach and improve the service given by the rest of the team. I managed the largest section of the shop and successfully performed my role without direct supervision.
