I teach people who want to get a solid understanding of foundation level law, as well as those wanting to achieve First Class at undergraduate level, or Distinction at postgraduate level.
Before any lesson, we have to discuss where you feel your weakness is, and where we need to focus our attention. Whether it be your essay style, comprehension of case law or how to get the best results in your exam, each lesson will be bespoke for you.
Although I expect high standards of myself and of my students, I am a very easy person to get along with. I endeavour to make lessons interesting and may be even fun, sometimes.
I have tutored students from 6 years old, all the way up to undergraduate level at the best universities in London and Australia.
In terms of my subject expertise, I focus mainly on politics and law. All of my students have either passed their desired course, or jumped up a level in their end of year grades.
Finally, for anyone planning to qualify as a lawyer in the UK, or internationally, I have first hand experience of successfully gaining vacation scheme spots from the highest grossing firms in the world.

Lalaine is a great tutor. I highly recommend her to anyone.
Lalaine was great, as she was really patient with me and helped me understand things I found difficult before. She went the extra mile and helped me to develop my own way of thinking to reach my goal successfully.
Had a great experience receiving tuition from Lalaine in Melbourne. Extremely diligent in her approach and thoroughly helpful with regard to sourcing additional reading material. Very easy going and clear when it comes to defining what she can and cannot deliver. Drop her a line, you wont be disappointed!
