My methods of instruction are quite simple. We aim to achieve as much as possible. Don't ask how many reps or how many miles; with my clients, I don't set limits. I will design and help you work through a programme that is specific to your age, weight and lifestyle. I aim to instil in you what I know, so you can help yourself after we are done. I am currently a second-year student studying medicine in London. I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade and have amassed a lifetimes worth of experience and knowledge.
