The first approach is understanding, knowing where you’re at is so important. This includes everyday items like: intake (what you eat), output (fitness levels), goal setting (outlining a detailed plan of what you want to achieve). Once we have talked in detail developing and understanding and planning, the next phase is education. Education in how your body works I order to get it to work for you. This teaches valuable lessons for example: loosing weight is 60% what you eat, 30% exercise and 10% how you eat. Knowing that alone is very powerful but being able to implement it is even more powerful. Other facts that are just as important such as; how organs work, knowing the correct heart rate to maximise blood flow so when you go for a run you’ll loose up to 75% more weight if you maintain the correct heart rate throughout (this means you can lose more weight runing half a mile the you can by running 3, heart rate is more important than distance) This phase is understanding knowledge to majorly impact your progress.
Once the first two phases have been completed, the next one is planning. Planning when/what to eat/exercise and how to maintain mental focus (how to train your brain to run half a marathon without wanting to quit)
The next phase is understanding simple “tricks” to loose weight such as; Going to the upstairs toilet, walking to the next bus stop, the true power of 20 minutes and so much more little stuff you wouldn’t even notice. (Slightly changing little things to make you exercise more)
At this point you’d think that most of the hard work is done but that’s the wrong attitude, the hardest problem about loosing weight is keeping it off. Over 87% if people that lose weight put it back on. Keeping the weight off is the hardest stage and I’ll teach you how to without worrying about it all day everyday.
The way I explained this may make loosing weight sound difficult but I’ll promise you, it’s much easier once you know what I know.
