- What kind of experience do you have?
I am a very experienced teacher and assessor of English, Modern Foreign Languages and English as a Foreign Language. I have taught children aged from 5 to 16, as well as extensively teaching adult learners. I am MA qualified and have privately tutored many students of varying abilities, obtaining excellent results in each instance. In terms of my MFL teaching, I have a speciality in translation.
My experience means that I can competently teach at both primary and secondary level, incorporating any of the five Keystages/GCSE/A Level together with undergraduate tuition. I currently teach part time, teaching students at undergraduate level in addition to teaching mixed ability children who are aged 5 to 16. I am able to teach individual learners and small groups with equally successful results.
I have a sound working knowledge of the syllabus requirements for a wide variety of examination boards thanks to my current and former employments, and am available for day, evening and weekend tuition. All abilities considered. Excellent references and CRB disclosure available on request.

- Tell me about some of your current students.
I am currently employed as a part time Lecturer of English with a highly respected "red brick" University in the North West of England. Teaching undergraduate courses has proved to be extremely satisfying and I have received some exceptionally positive feedback regarding my teaching, which I am happy to make available for perusal.
I also teach privately and am still enjoying working at a large, regional independent tuition company, where I have been based since 2005, teaching mixed ability children aged from 5 to 18. This incorporates teaching across all five Keystages, GCSE and A Level.
