I am a postgraduate student of London School of Economics and Political Science. There I am studying Msc Gender, Development and Globalization. Previously, I worked as a graduate teaching assistant at BRAC University where I used to teach interdisciplinary English. I believe that everyone should enjoy learning. Therefore, while teaching I try to make a very friendly and joyful environment for my students where everyone can learn from each other. Also, I am interested in teaching and learning in an interdisciplinary manner which helps any student not only to get satisfactory grades in the exams but also to contextualize his/her lessons and enable him/her to relate it to the real-life scenarios.
I used to work as a teaching assistant at BRAC University for two years. At that time I associated various professors to teach various courses [ Contemporary literature, women and gender studies, post-colonial literature, cultural studies, globalization, history, postmodernism etc.] Each of those courses had a huge number of students [20-40]. Also, before that, I did a one-year internship as an educator with a start-up NGO called Divine Education Development Project in Bangladesh. There, my job was to teach underprivileged students who were in their primary and secondary level of study. Most of them achieved satisfactory results eventually.
If the amount of work for teaching a student is too much then I might have to increase the payment.
