I will prioritise overcoming the individual's weaknesses of the subject by providing various exercises and different ways to approach questions so the best way to reach a solution is found for each person as this will vary. From my own experience I encourage attempting past papers as it can be most beneficial and prepares the student best for an exam.
I am a student at the University of Manchester studying Mathematics, I achieved A*'s in Maths and Further Maths at A Level as well as GCSE Maths. I am on track to achieve a first class degree and I am enthusiastic to enable people to understand Maths for the subject it is.
I have taken part in a 4 week internship at Notley High School where I observed different teachers, taught Maths classes of different years and abilities. I have also had various teacher training days within this internship where I learnt different teaching methods which I used and practiced when teaching various classes.
