The discipline that is required to study while been a student can be hard. Time might pass without noticing it, fun is better than studying. Use of social media has increased in our days, we spend more time on Facebook, Instagram just scrolling through other people posts. Lack of concentration and motivation can be another factor. Before you notice it a deadline for a project is approaching, you have a few weeks to the final exams and start to feel stressed if you are behind of studying.
Time management coaching sessions take place on Skype and duration is 60 min. They can help you to:

It is recommended to have a min 10 consecutive weekly sessions. Its like building new habits over time management, if you leave it it will leave you. Recent research led by a team at the University College London uncovered that it takes an average of 66 days to create a habit (around 10 weeks). Each session is bespoke based on your individual needs. First session is an introductory session for free, money guaranteed back for the second session.
