- How much do you charge?
30 minute lesson £20

- Where do you teach?
I teach from home.
There is a lovely park nearby with a cafe and playground.
Parents are also welcome to stay in the room adjoining the music room.
- When are you available?
I normally teach from 3.30 - 8pm week days and adults during the day
I do not normally teach at the weekend
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I love teaching all ages and abilities. My main aim is to help the student love music and especially the piano!
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I am happy to prepare students for Associated Board, Trinity College and London College of Music exams. However working towards exams is not essential. Learning and enjoyment can certainly happen without an exam goal in mind.
- What kind of experience do you have?
I am an experienced and enthusiastic piano teacher with over 25 years of teaching behind me. I very much enjoy teaching across the age range and have helped my pupils to achieve excellent results in both grade exams and music festivals. I plan for each pupil according to their individual strengths and abilities and have taught pupils from beginners up to diploma level. I love teaching all pupils whatever their age and ability. I am an experienced accompanist and regularly accompany instrumentalists and singers in their exams and diplomas. I am also an active member of the Oxford and Cambridge Musical Club and play regularly both as a soloist, duettist and accompanist.
- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
I have an enhanced CRB certificate and have been vetted by the NSPCC as I work voluntarily for Childline.

I have 30 regular students aged between 6 and 75 and also support a number of students in Asia and Europe with their teaching diplomas.
