Small classes preferred. Very hands on. 35+ years of experience a dying skill. So would be overjoyed to get some willing pupils I could teach the art of butchery.beef , pork, lamb , game . Sausage making,anything possible. Just let me know requirements.
I am at present the main pasteuriser for a small Italian icecream producer. But each week still my love for butchery takes over. It's my life. I produce my award winning sausages burgers etc. It's a skill I would love to pass on .all aspects covered.
