No real qualifications just brought up in my parents butcher shop,I guess I was expected to just do it . Following my fathers early death at 44 just as I left school I continued the business with my mother until her retirement at which point we sold the very successful going concern.at present I produce icecream for a small Italian firm , but still make sausages etc from home.
