Different people have different ways of revising (e.g. making mind maps, watching revision videos or reading straight from the textbook) as our brains work and retain information in various ways. I have previously had tutors for my studies so I know what a tutor should and should not do. I am here to help for the student so that they can ask questions that they necessarily cannot ask in class. I am also here to share my specialised knowledge to the students in order to help the student comprehend the subject.
I am currently a student at University College London studying Pharmacy. I completed my A Levels in 2017 so my memory is still fresh with the new specifications and how they now assess students in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Psychology.
Studying for exams is extremely stressful if you are not well prepared (... I learnt the hard way) therefore I am happy to share my knowledge with students on what the best techniques are when it comes to revision and how to organise your time effectively to ensure you are not cramming; along with the information needed to complete these exams to achieve high marks! I achieved 100% in 4 of my exams at A Levels and would like to show other students that it is possible to achieve such marks with the right revision tools and mindset.
