Having completed my Degree in Drums, I learned a lot about what it takes to be a successful teacher and student. I found that what worked for me most was working on what I enjoyed, the freedom of choosing what I was learning and how I would learn it, but also having the opportunity to get to know my teachers for who they really are and give them the chance to understand me better as a student, so I want to take this approach to my methods and provide a safe and comfortable environment for you as a student to explore your creativity and really have a go at learning and enhancing your ability to play the drums!
I am a 21-year-old student who has recently completed a 3 year-long course in Drums on the BA (Hons) Professional Musicianship course at the UK's most prestigious Music University, where I will be staying to complete a Masters in Learning and Teaching in the Creative Arts.
I have been playing the drums since I was 7 years old and have been performing in bands and various other projects since I was 13, playing all over the country and learning from some of the top musicians in the industry. I am currently in Brighton working hard on releasing new music with my band and as a session musician for an up-and-coming solo artist
