I've always had a passion for teaching, whether it's helping young cousins with their homework or explaining complex concepts to my classmates. Throughout my academic life I've been known as 'the second teacher' by my colleagues and classmates, as I explain things in a way everybody can understand. My motto has always been to appropriately cater to my audience, and I personalise all my lessons according to the student. While there is a lesson structure, the main focus is on learning as much as possible, and as effectively as possible.
As a tutor, my lessons are very interactive, and I tend to work through the problems alongside my students.
I've been giving lessons for around 5 years now, to students from all sorts of backgrounds and age groups. During my A-Levels, I would hold tutoring sessions for my classmates.
Most the students I teach tend to achieve high grades (ranging from high B's to A*'s), with the actual grade usually depending a little on the student as well.
