As a practicing artist and designer I enjoy being able to share my experience, knowledge and the skills I have developed over the years with students. I have worked with students studying for their GCSEs, A-Levels, Degree and Masters Level.
Each students learns in a different way. I use the first tutorial session to see what the best teaching method is for that individual, discuss what that individual wants to achieve, where the student feels they are struggling and develop a bespoke lesson plans for that student.
Over the years I have run one to one and group creative workshops, including Creative Expressionism Workshop, ARTmeet and Artists In Motion. I also support students with their essay writing, applications for higher education, portfolio preparation and I am able to discuss how best to develop their creative identity once they leave education.
I am an artist and designer. I have been working with students from GCSE level to Masters level for the past ten years. I have taught around fifty students in this time and each student has surpassed their own expectations of what they could achieve, with some students going from receiving Cs and Ds to As and Bs. Being dyslexic myself, I really enjoying being able to help other dyslexics find their own way to learn and gain confidence.
I am a fully trained artist in the fields of drawing, writing, painting, sculpture, photography, glass and ceramics.
Once sessions have been confirmed the client/student needs to pay for two sessions prior to starting the tuition. I have a 72 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel within this time the full rate will be charged. If you need to re-arrange the session, please let me know as soon as possible to secure your new session time.
