Methodology

Having been a GCSE, an IB/IGCSE, AS and A2 Chemistry, Statistics, and Mathematics freelancing Tutor with 12 years experience under my belt, I'm fully up to date with the latest developments in education and qualifications.

I hold a honours degree in Chemistry and a masters in computing and information systems.

I am very patient and have the ability to strike up excellent and good rapport with learners.
I adapt the lessons to closely meet the tutees particular needs and learning style.

I can confidently say that I enjoy tutoring due to its progressive power to help make a significant impact on someone's life by instilling confidence and motivation through consolidation to lead to achievement of purpose.

Part of the store’s lead team, making decisions every day and night that support my colleagues to do their job and put a smile on the faces as they deliver a great shopping trip for customers.

09/2006 – 08/2012 Tutor, Nzo Academy of London and Surrey.
Teaching and tutoring GSCE level and Advanced level and College Chemistry, Physics, ICT and Mathematics on all syllabi of the various examination boards EDEXCEL, AQA and OCR.

02/2005 – 03/2006 Junior Tester, Yemidel Consult, London
Duties:
Significant exposure to the Test Director and the Wind & Load Runners with sound knowledge of Software Testing theory and the System Development Life Cycle.
Review business requirement and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
Determine the testing requirements and create update the relevant test plan.
Web interface testing.
Extensive work on templates (e.g. letterheads) in line with strict legal requirement of various branches of firms with varying number of branches worldwide released often differently,

Tasks involved website and computer applications design and consultancy services, software testing etc. Daily office duties involving phone calls and paperwork like Invoices, etc.

11/2002 – 12/2003 Sales Representative, Sony Centre, London.
Part of a strong team of sale representatives.
Our main objective was working out sales strategies to entice and keep new customers through excellent customer relationships and product promotions. I was also solely responsible for designing training plans for new recruits and supported them to acquire the right skills needed for their roles.
Over the months, I increased revenue for each new product by promoting other services (i.e. mail shots, inserts etc) to new clients and designing of fly-outs and leaflets. Also, I attended Security Industry exhibitions to introduce and promote the company to new clients and security measures.
