Methodology

I'm Alexandra, a student of Mathematics at the University of Bath. I offer online lessons in maths at high school level, and welcome students aiming for all grades, C to A*.
I love engaging with students, and offer individual as well as group lessons. When working with a new student, I get to know their level, the areas of math they want to work on, as well as where they want to progress, what their goals are. After that initial lesson, I make a plan for future lessons, tailored to the student's learning needs. I like challenging students with exercises that push their abilities. I believe that no concept is too difficult for someone to understand, and that a different approach, especially using a visual representation, can help any student gain a better understanding.
