I'm looking to give classes in elements of engineering; specifically electrical physics, a little coding, and branches of mathematics including algebra, trigonometry and arithmetic.
I will look to target topics in need of work and engage in the student(s) to find what they know and how they like to learn. Personally I like to learn by having a full understanding of the problem, so I find the following steps help me:
- Break down skills and work with simple components.
- Once the simple components are better understood, they can be rebuilt and linked together with guided practice.
- The process can't be complete without implementation and individual practice.
These stages don't always happen one after another and it's okay to go back to revisit certain components that are tricky.
I'm friendly, patient, and motivated. Ready to help you take on a challenge.
I am an electrical an electronic engineering student ready to finish my bachelors this May. I'm enrolling into the masters in September and would like to take on some students during the summer and potentially further. As it stands my grades are above 70% and due to graduate with a first class degree.
Before starting at university I was a ski instructor where I taught kids of all ages and different cultural backgrounds, with this experience I developed the necessary transferrable skills required to conduct a class and encourage development.
