I am an A-Level student looking to help secondary school students to prepare for GCSEs or any end of module tests in maths. I am a visual learner and I prefer to teach using diagrams and visualisation, alongside practical activities and practice questions.
I have helped in many classes in school, ranging from year 7 to year 11. I have helped students to either get ahead with their work, or to help them catch up if they seem to be falling behind or struggling in class or with exams.
I gained an A* in mathematics and a B in further mathematics at GCSE, and an A in physics. I am currently studying maths, physics and biology at A-Level, and I plan to continue to university to study engineering.
I have spent a lot of time helping students of a range of ages, from 5-16. I spend a few hours a week either helping in primary schools, or as support staff in lower ability sets in high school. I have been doing this for almost a year.
