“With Matt, I have learned to sing in different registers and developed my intonation. I have also improved my coordination and the ability to sing and move. He makes the learning curve soft and gradual. Matt is a very encouraging, creative, integrative, direct and positive teacher. As a student I am always in need of new stimuli, as I get bored easily - and learning with Matt is really interesting!”
Matt is a thoughtful, reliable and inspiring musical director. He is able to manage a group of singers whose musical expertise can vary vastly. He constantly strives to bring out the best in us! He also makes the singers in the group feel heard, allowing The Few to feel like a team effort.
Matt is a highly engaging, friendly and above-all, highly talented musical director who makes Monday (when we rehearse) a day to look forward to rather than dread, and I would highly recommend hiring him.
