Matt's teaching helped me greatly through one of the most challenging topics philosophy has to offer. I was struck by how deeply my understanding of the topic mattered to him. Matt would not move on from a topic until he was sure that I was thoroughly at home with it. He not only helped me learn and understand but inspired interest and enthusiasm in a philosopher considered by many to be esoteric and dry. A patient and dedicated teacher with a profound love of his subject.
I'm an A level student, I enrolled on the AS philosophy course and was trying to learn about it on my own since there isn't a Philosophy department at my college but was finding it very difficult. I hired Matt as my private tutor a couple of months before the exam in January and I got an A grade. This result also helped me to obtain a place at my first choice university so I was very pleased with it and continued to take tutorials with Matt for my next philosophy exam in May/June.
Mr Russo has helped me a lot with my dissertation he is both very knowledgable and patient. Thanks Mr Russo my work is much clearer, structured well and more precise. Mr Russo is very reliable with short space of time he was able to support me with structuring and ensuring my dissertation is clear. I would 100% recommend him.
