My teaching method is repetition. This is the way that I learnt many subject throughout my education and my current university education. I belive that repetition is the key for the brain to memorise everything that is being taught in the lesson
I have worked in many job roles which needed varying level of English skills to be used, from language to written skills. I can pass my knowledge on to read, spell and announciate the spoken English word. I pride myself on my annunciation

I am currently a full time mature student at the University of Sheffield studying East Asian Studies with a Foundation year. I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual, who has recently completed a Level 2

My daily duties were to help the resident’s with their daily living and promoting independence. Duties in which I performed are:
• Helping with meal times, and keeping an eye on residents with choking hazards

• Being emotional support for residents throughout the pandemic
• Making sure the home is clean and doing laundry
• Being on call throughout the night for the residents.

On a day time day basis my role is to sit down with customer and discuss what phone contract they would like to purchase, alongside making informed suggestions to what handset to look for. The role also I included providing the best possible customer service to customer, ranging from technical help to top ups.

Customer Service and Sales Agent
On a day to day basis my job role is to answer the phones for customers that may have issues with there Dyson products or if they wish to purchase one. There is an element of GDPR in this role which gaining the name, address and contact information from the customer. I would have to run through technical resolutions with customers to fix their machines for them or arrange for Field Service Engineers to go visit them.

Sales Support Agent
On a day to day basis my job role is to answer the phones for the StaySure Campaign who are employing Jaywing to help in the sales team. On a month but month basis I consistently hit my targets that are set for me by management. This role is a sales role where we sell Medical Travel Insurance, but with this we also do very basic customer service roles to aid the customers to the best of our ability.

On a day to day basis my job role was to answer client calls regarding their account with Hargreaves Lansdown, this could be anything from paying off fees, topping up one of the various accounts in which Hargreaves Lansdown offers to placing instructions into which fund the client wishes to buy. I worked a shift pattern and worked one Saturday a month minimum.

Back in 2006 I was a part of the 2189 Calne ATC squadron, where I have had the opportunity to enjoy all aspects of the Air Training Cadets, including Gliding, Shooting and various other projects. I have represented the squadron 4 times at Wing Level and 3 times at Regional Level (RAF Cosford) in Field Hockey. I have also taken part in all public parades and events that the squadron have been involved in.
