I am a professional saxophonist and music teacher/educator. I graduated in 2017 on the Classical Saxophone course with scholarship at Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a 2:1, and now study on the Jazz Postgraduate Masters programme at Guildhall with scholarship.

I specialise in teaching jazz and classical Saxophone, improvisation, music theory, applied musicianship, composition, Flute (up to Grade 5), and Clarinet (up to Grade 5).

- How much do you charge?
Lessons are £35 per hour, or £20 per half hour.
Travel fee is between £5-10 depending on the distance travelled.
- Where do you teach?
I teach both at my home in South West London, and also travel to pupils houses. As I work and study in East Central London, I also teach privately in that area during the week and on weekends.
I regularly travel within an hour of both SW19 and EC1.
- When are you available?
My availability is very flexible. Weekends are most popular for students, although I do teach during the working week frequently.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach all ages and abilities/levels in saxophone, music theory, and musicianship.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
ABRSM exams, GCSE examinations, A-Levels, and all other general schooled examinations.
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching professionally for the past 7 years, and currently hold the woodwind teaching position at Central Foundations Boys' School (Old Street) since March 2017, teaching Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, improvisation and Music theory, in 1-1 and group lessons.
I am also a busy performer, playing the with various ensembles across the UK, ranging from alternative popular projects/bands, to function and wedding bands, jazz quartets and trios, small and large classical ensembles, big bands, solo projects, and musical theatre shows. I have performed across the UK and the Isle of Man, France, Australia, and South Africa.

Training and education.
I have studied closely with some of Europe's top jazz and classical musicians, including Iain Ballamy, Jean Toussaint, Gareth Lockrane, Martin Robertson (BBC Symphony Orchestra, LSO, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra), Nick Moss, Christian Forshaw.
35GBP per hour, or 20 per half/hour. I travel at an extra cost of 5-10GBP depending of distance/time of travel.
