I am a Mechanical Engineering masters student with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have worked a year in industry at Siemens as a Core Engineer, taught A level Maths pravately, and have a foundation degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Mechanical Engineering MSc graduate of the University of Lincoln, with experience as a Core Engineering Intern at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery. During my time as a student and employee, I have developed skills of independency and resourcefulness whilst maintaining a healthy balance between academic, social and extra-curricular activities. I am an organised individual who endeavours to succeed in whatever task I apply myself to. I am proficient on various computer software including Team Centre, STA-RMS and STAR-CCM+, as well as skilled on Ansys, C3D and Excel VBA. I enjoy learning the dynamics behind how things work and always pursue to have an in depth knowledge of what I’m working on. My ambition is to work in aerodynamics performance engineering and teaching once I graduate and achieve Chartered Engineer status.

Hobbies and Interests
As a Mechanical Engineer, I have an active interest in engineering and technology. I have always had a curiosity in space travel and Formula 1, which is where my drive to study engineering originated. I am an Associate Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and I have also been awarded the Lincoln award during my education. I am a keen musician and have self-taught myself to play the drums, bass guitar and ukulele where I play in multiple bands. I cycle to university every day to keep fit and to train for cycling events. I am always looking to improve in areas I am either unfamiliar or less confident in and try to include this in my hobbies. I am a hands on individual and I enjoy getting involved in practical work as well as understanding the theory behind the practise.
