Lessons with me will be tailored to individual students, but we will focus on exam technique, revision strategies and the skills needed to further understand the core concepts of the curriculum. I have developed and refined my own exam skills and techniques over the last few years and am certain that I will be able to help you find what works for you. We will work though exam style questions together, go over key concepts and review any areas of your course that you may be struggling with.
Feel free to bring as many questions as you must to each of our tutorials, we will work through how to approach exam questions, how to understand what questions are asking and how to structure your written answers.
I would be happy to work on personal statements and university applications of all perspective students, as I believe I have a good understanding of what universities, medical schools particularly, are looking for and will be able to help you to create a successful application.
I am also very happy to discuss GCSE, A Level and university coursework.
I am currently in my fourth year of Medicine at King's College London. I love the science, the person-to-person interactions and the life-long learning associated with a medical career.
I graduated from King's College London with First Class Honours in Imaging Sciences (BSc), achieving the highest grade in the cohort in my dissertation.
The academic demands of applying to medicine are high, and as such I had to develop a strong work ethic as well as revision and exam techniques.
I used tutors throughout my final year of college, mainly for help with my Biology and Chemistry coursework. I found the help of my tutors invaluable, and without it I don’t believe I would have achieved the same grades.
I successfully studied Maths, Further Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at A-Level.
I freelance as a science tutor and run science clubs in various London schools.
I am aware that the current global circumstances have raised a lot of questions for students and parents alike, and I hope that I can provide some help with continuing student's learning and studying during these uncertain times. Please do send me a message and we can arrange a free meeting to discuss you or your child's educational needs.
I am a highly qualified and enthusiastic teacher and private tutor. I am currently studying Medicine at King’s College London, but I am committed to working part time during the term and full time when possible because of my love teaching and tutoring. I am trustworthy and reliable, and skilled in customer relations. I freelance as a science tutor, running science clubs and camps for children ages 3 upwards. I privately tutor students for GCSE and A level exams as well as medical applications. I have extensive experience in peer-to-peer teaching and mentoring.
I have also worked closely with children as a volunteer for Forest School Camps, a charity organisation focused on outdoor education and skills. I am confident teaching children and young adults of all ages. I have specific experience looking after children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, ADHD and other learning difficulties.
I am highly motivated, hardworking and punctual. I am adaptable and willing to perform a range of tasks. I can work well on my own and as part of a team. I combine good communication skills with enthusiasm and a great work ethic to deliver excellent customer care.

Organisation: Becoming a Doctor Role: National Ambassador Lead, Project Lead
My Role at Becoming a Doctor has changed rapidly from Ambassador to Project Lead. I have taken part in national and international campaigns, co-authored papers now published in Medical Education and Future Healthcare Journal and spoken at international conferences. I also act as one of three Ambassador Leads, recruiting and managing medical students nationally and internationally. Through the Becoming a Doctor organisation I have joined the Faculty of Digital Health (FoDH) steering committee, an organisation looking to change the face of digital health education in UK medical schools.

Freelance Science Tutor
I provide virtual educational services to individuals and organisations. Class sizes range from one-to-one tutoring lessons to webinars with over two hundred virtual attendees.
I ran weekly after-school clubs in primary schools, weekend science clubs and holiday camps for children aged 3-12. These included interactive discussions, practical demonstrations and hands-on experiments. With younger children I focus on improving curiosity, excitement and engagement in the STEM subjects. With older children I tailor my classes more towards the national curricula, exam techniques and lifelong learning.
