At the beginning of the lesson, I normally ask for a set of learning objectives. This is done so I can tailor my lesson to your exact needs. I normally use interactive powerpoints during lessons. Once the material is understood, we can then try and consolidate learning using example and past paper questions. At the end of the lesson, we review the learning objectives from the beginning to ensure that the concept is crystal clear.
I am a medical student, currently on a gap year. I secured 3A* at A-Level(in chemistry, math and biology). My 7A* in GCSE include math, chemistry, biology and physics. I have offered KS3 and GCSE math, chemistry and physics lessons for about two years. My students have seen massive improvements in these subject areas and I am immensely proud of what they have been able to achieve. During my A-Level, I was also one of the founding members of my college revision club. Here, I helped people in my year and years below to achieve what they are truly capable of.
