most lessons are given to students or general public at home. basic food safety, knife skills and cooking techniques. Lessons are given with very clear precis instructions but at a relaxed slow pace.

Antony John Dowler has gained wide industrial experience of production and logistics since leaving the British Army in January 2011. These industrial experiences span aerospace, automotive and food production in addition to catering management in leisure and entertainment.
Whilst serving in the British Army he gained extensive experience of logistics management in the Royal Logistics Corps for 15 years. He is an experienced non-commissioned officer having achieved the rank of sergeant. Initially serving as a chef his promotions saw a move into procurement and supply chain management including the development of 5s and lean processes and the use of Oracle systems. These skills were applied within the U.K. and in forward action environments including two tours of active service in Afghanistan During his military service in the Royal Logistics Corps he expanded his role and gained experience in all aspects of military life including working as a member of the Special Forces Support Group where his detailed knowledge of nutrition was extremely useful in developing physical fitness and survival tactics. In recognition of his expertise he was appointed as an instructor for the Army Culinary Arts Team, teaching and mentoring students to be able to compete in some of the world’s biggest catering competitions.
He is a qualified instructor having completed the HABAC Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector and the CQF Level 4 Certificate, Command Leadership and Management
