I use a combination of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
I teach different tools and techniques that can be used in daily life to help with, but not limited to, stress, anxiety and pain management. I teach various guided meditations and also show you how to have your own personal mindfulness practice.
I get to know the clients on a 121 basis so I can individualise the classes and tailor them to their own needs. You are given your own personalised audio to take away.
I have been teaching Mindfulness for over 3 years and practicing for over 7 years.
I have been on numerous courses and qualified as a Mindfulness teacher in December 2021 with the UK college of Mindfulness Meditation.
I teach individuals in person and online and I also have regular group classes both locally and online.
