I have been practicing mindfulness for over seven years, and throughout my journey, I have been taught in various schools. Experience is fundamental when it comes to mindfulness; a teacher must be a practitioner. I have completed the Mindfulness-Based Health Course, Mindfulness-Based Living Course, and the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course, not to mention attending numerous classes on meditation, Buddhism, and Zen, alongside partaking in a vast number of meditation retreats that ranged in style, depth, and practice. Not only this, I practice formal and informal mindfulness every day; for me mindfulness is a way of life.
