- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach music (violin and viola) and Italian. I also offer chamber music coaching, and also play folk music (specially good for beginners).
For Italian, from beginners to university level or for business: grammar, conversation, book reading.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
Degree in music at the Conservatory of Music of Milan (Italy).
- How much do you charge?
For music, the way I teach (from Kato Havas teaching) enables the students of any level to learn more quickly, preventing physical tensions that create a lot of problems and difficulty, producing from the very first lesson a lovely tone. Forget months or even years of scratchy sounds!
Therefore I charge the same for any student, £35 per hour.
Teaching Italian I make sure the students immediately use whatever they learn, using it in their own sentences. I offer 1 to 1 lessons at £25 per hour and small group lessons (2-3 people) at £36 per hour. For bigger groups, we'll find an agreement.
- Where do you teach?
I teach at the Jacqueline du Pré music building in St Hilda's college (see here how to get there: (concealed information) or at my studio in Cowley road.
- When are you available?
I am available all week (no Sundays).
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach anybody who is really willing to learn.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
It's never too late to start doing something you really like and want to do.
