I base my classes on the needs and goals of the students. In the first session, I try to gauge the student's understanding of the material and availability to design the optimal lesson plan(s). Typically, a lesson includes explanations, problem sets and Q/A. The best way to approach any Economics and Math module is to attempt the questions and practice them for proficiency, accuracy and speed. Where appropriate, I bring in case studies and real world examples to not only help explain the material but also to show how theory connects with reality.
As a current MSc Economics graduate student at the LSE, I am capable of teaching pre-university and Bachelor's level Economics and Math courses. In fact, I have been tutoring English and Math since high school. My students have gone on to performing well in their classes and eventually enjoying the material.
You may cancel a class free of charge if you notify me 24 hours before the start of the class. After that, you will incur the full tuition amount.
