I am a passionate individual who enjoys being creative, organised and sociable which are qualities I apply to my work. I worked abroad for nearly three years teaching English which has developed a drive for a challenge. I am a hardworking and ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake.
Previous Employment
Teaching English as a foriegn Language
My main role was to plan and deliver lessons within an academy. I taught children from the age of 3 up to adults, My main responsibilities were to ensure that the lessons were fun and educational as well as ensuring that each student received the support that they needed to develop. I had to carry out reports every term and set goals and targets for each student. I have experience teaching one to one classes as well as groups. I have helped my students pass their exams.

Customer Experience Executive
My role within the company is to ensure that the customer’s needs are met and are assisting them with any issues or difficulties along their orders progress. This includes all forms of communication such as phone, email and live chat. During this time I was responsible for training up new staff members which I really enjoyed and helping others to develop their skills further. I completed a level 2 in the principles of customer service to further my own knowledge and to ensure I was providing the best service possible for our customers.
