1. Don't be afraid of making mistakes!
(I speak English with an American accent, but it's better than being silent, right?)
2. Talk to me~ let's be in touch! We will be friends, instead of "teacher--student". On a random day, if you noticed something interesting in Chinese, we can always talk about it!
3. Spare time? I will recommend you TV shows or movies, or maybe we can watch together, haha.
I was born in China, lived there for 15 years and moved to the United States to continue high school and university. Eight years in the US has made my English pretty fluent, too.
I knew the best way to learn a language ---- immerse yourself in that language, let it enter your life and use it everyday. That's how I learned English and Korean~
(Yup! I had a lot of Korean friends when I was in college:))
